WebbThis notebook illustrates the use of SimpleITK to perform data augmentation for deep learning. Note that the code is written so that the relevant functions work for both 2D and 3D images without modification. Data augmentation is a model based approach for enlarging your training set. WebbOpen Visual Studio, select File -> Open Project/Solution -> Open and choose SuperBuildSimpleITK solution. Figure 5: Open the solution in Visual Studio. Make sure “Release” build type is selected and build the ALL_BUILD project.
