Web19 de jun. de 2015 · Have just put in an application for a mortgage with NatWest through a mortgage broker and read here that some people have waited a while. Anyone have experiences to share, or is the process (with all banks) a bit random? Have never applied for a mortgage before so just wondering how long it might take. WebAfter 6 agonising weeks, they rejected the application based on affordability because they changed their stress test inbetween applying and decision. They also undervalued the potential rent by £50 a month. They told me to re-apply and add £10,000 to the deposit! Now, I have a lot of experience with other lenders.
