WebTo the best of my knowledge you cannot divide the first half by 12, and add an AM/PM indicator without using a formula to convert the whole number into a decimal time that Excel understands. The only reasonable alternative would be to type the colon in to allow excel to do the conversion for you, then you can just apply the Date format.
