The average of three replicates was recorded for each sample. WebOct 1, 2024 · Before and after oral gavage, blood was collected via tail vein and stored at –80°C until biochemical analysis. At the end of treatment, all of the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation, and EAT and colon samples were snap frozen with liquid nitrogen and stored at –80°C. Moreover, the tissues are saved for histopathology analysis.
